The implementation of the ABT Order is stayed till further orders.

The Commission expresses its keenness that all arrangements for the implementation of the ABT Order should go on as per schedule in view of the rampant indiscipline in the Grid.  It is also noted that none of the parties present is against the concept of availability based tariff and all parties are agreeable that the ABT would be useful in controlling indiscipline and has no objection to the ABT as such.  The Commission directs all parties to cooperate fully with the Central Transmission Utility in the arrangements for implementing the ABT so that the purpose of controlling grid indiscipline is achieved.
